FirmKeep is provided by Rhodwell LLC. This policy explains how FirmKeep handles information when you use the app.

Information you may store

FirmKeep lets you enter business record details such as licenses, permits, filings, renewals, documents, dates, notes, and related organizations or contacts.

Local processing and storage

Your FirmKeep records are processed and stored locally on your device. FirmKeep does not use a Rhodwell account, developer-operated backend, advertising, analytics, or tracking service to receive those records.

Developer collection and sharing

We do not collect, sell, rent, or share the business information you enter because the app does not send it to us.

Backups and deletion

Device backup and restore behavior is controlled by your operating system and device settings. You can edit or delete records using the app's controls. Removing the app may remove locally stored information.
